Privacy Policy

SexPoints is a private game between you and your partner. Everything you play — points, check-ins, challenges, the wheel, rewards, love notes and journal entries — is visible only to the two of you. Vendors, other couples and even our team cannot see your private game.

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the couples' game and the vendor marketplace.

Account data: your name or nickname, email address, password and couple pairing, so you can sign in and play together.

Game data: points you give and receive, approvals, check-ins, challenges, wheel entries, rewards, love notes, milestones, goals, quizzes, sparks and memories. Private journal entries are stored so that only their author can read them.

Vendor data: for vendor accounts, your business name, team members, listings and advertising campaigns.

Usage and technical data: minimal analytics such as page views, device type and interaction counts. Marketplace ad events are tracked anonymously — we count that an ad was viewed or clicked, never which couple it was.

We use your data to run the game: pairing couples, calculating points, showing your history, delivering notifications and moderating reported content. We use vendor data to review applications, run the marketplace and provide vendor analytics.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not use your private game content for advertising.

Your partner: everything in your shared game — except private journal entries, which only you can read.

Vendors and other couples: nothing from your private game. They only see marketplace listings and anonymised, aggregated counts.

Our team: only what is needed to run and moderate the Service, such as account details, vendor applications and reported content. We do not browse couples' private activity.

Service providers: we use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, payments) that process data on our behalf under contract.

We send in-app notifications for activity between you and your partner, and occasional service emails (sign-up, password resets, security notices). You can control most notifications in Settings.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data, including your game history. Some minimal records may be retained where required by law (for example, payment or audit records).

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and row-level security in our database, so a couple's data can only ever be read by its two members. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep yours safe.

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them — or to ask a question — contact us at privacy@sexpoints.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

SexPoints is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the Service, contact us and we will remove the account.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes in the Service and update the “Last updated” date above.
